We have found the amb tx can take an absolute age to charge. I've left it on charge for extended periods when we could not get it workign reliably (admittedly only once) and that sorted it out. Held a charge.

And it's one of the 1st subscription ones with a white bottom which we renew when required.

Leave it on charge for a while and as you're doing run it down then extended charge and try again. HTH
