Regular readers of these columns will remember a post from Oct. 2015 regarding a proposed major windfarm development at Fulbeck. It was suggested that resurfacing of the track and access roads might result. Time scale 'for 2018' .Expressions of support for the development were requested but there is considerable local opposition to the windfarm project together with an apparent lessening of government enthusiasm for onshore windfarms. Some movement in the planning system is expected in the next month or two.
