They are raising funds for the track to br re surfaced. If the wind farm gets the go ahead then there is a proposed agreement the cost of resurfacing the track along with other improvements would be covered by the wind farm company. I don't think this is a short time plan due to planning etc.

The track is not as bad as many make out it is not noticeably bumpy and it dries very quickly.

All in all it is a great drivers track in my opinion.
