The MSA always allow CIK classes to be introduced at any time and really the KF classes have just had a name change. Yes, clubs could run OK and OKJ to these class regulations. Its probably unlikely there would be a demand for an open engine CIK OK race when drivers in the UK might have invested in the Vortex engines. The KF and FA etc classes always had a UK nominated tyre.
