FKS seemed to be in trouble from day one (2015)and if they have taken money from parents & sponsors this year knowing that they are in trouble this could be termed as wrongful trading.
If this is proved then the directors can be penalised and held accountable for losses.
Anybody who has lost money this year should contact the receiver and ask this question.
