Have just read in the ABKC news letter the new 2017 Dunlop cadet tyres will soon be released for 2017 chassis testing, they say it will be about 0.5 secs per lap slower, so I'm guessing an even softer tyre compound to bog the chassis down more than the current soft tyre already does?

I'm thinking if its a harder compound this will get the chassis to release and actually go faster???...

whats the feeling, will the 2017 tyres favor the stiffer P1's or a softer ZIP/Synergy route?......do we all really need to throw our 2014-2016 chassis a skip and rush out to buy the 2017 chassis when available?
