Currently the MSA are only proposing that the bars be changed only if necessary to achieve the 27mm gap, otherwise you wont need to change the bars, but they must be compatible with the fairing (same numbers or a match on the compatible list here:

Just waiting on the MSA to issue their guidance sheet, coming very soon
ABKC did issue advance warning in the October Newsletter sent to all clubs
