The system just doesn't work.... I watched a driver use his kart as a battering ram all race and I could clearly see his bumper had dropped!... Yet when the Karts got back after the race his Bumper had miraculously reset its self!!
Whan i asked around, this is not the first time said driver had done this.
Unfortunatly if your face fits or your teams does, you can get away with anything it would seem
