So as an earlier poster said, it all gets thrown out when the Ł gets spent on solicitors as proper procedures are not in place as happened when the dodgy fuel was pulled at S1 last year then got revoked in court due to procedures.

I can't see the hardware being kept though, surely it's the property of someone and the MSA don't have the power to sieze etc.
