They would only be affected if the minimum age for juniors was changed to 12 years old rather than year of 12th birthday but they could retain a lower age for certain classes maybe treating them as intermediate.
The main impact for mini max and mini x30 could be allowing drivers to trace junior max and junior x30 at 12 instead of 13 - would drivers skip the mini classes?
