A lot depends on budget, aspirations and location to be honest. No class is bad as such in my opinion, they all have strengths and weaknesses.

We do X30 because the grids are reliably decent at the tracks near us, and the racing is close.

However, engine parity is not as close as some claim, rebuilds are costly and fairly frequent and tyres can be inconsistent.

No class is perfect, but that's my 2 cents on X30 at least.
