Only a few tracks can afford the technology and hardly anyone realises that having to buy all this equipment to detect cheats, puts up costs.

The dog reference was to illustrate that they can now outperform a dog's nose but alas not their agility :)

With so much exposure to different products in our food and water system, it is having a nasty effect on our immune systems and on our very biological makeup. Causing changes to our brains, gender, etc.
