Who has tried to block ROK as a class? The only possible block on it being allowed to have an official championship under MSA rules - nothing to stop it being recognised as a class for MSA club meetings.
If you look back a few years there were always complaints when a new class was introduced on the basis that it would dilute existing grids. The MSA could not prevent new classes even if they had wanted to.
The restriction on national championships did not prevent X30 from getting established.
