I think one of S1's big negatives was allowing karts to run on Fridays. So people turned up on Thursdays......normally with the kids too.....loads of kids were being taken out of schools, which the MSA were not happy with at all...... and if your self employed it's a double hit on the dosh......to MSUK's credit in the national series you can only run on Saturday and Sunday.

Just also heard that in 2020 the DRS series will collaborate with MSUK!!!....never thought I'd see that.....here's the link
