Personally I would stick with it and see how you get on, the P1 is a well built chassis and unless it’s been bent and straightened many times it should be fine. The manufacturers built new karts for the hopeless new tyre, bit of a chuckle when F1 teams don’t understand tyres fully😂 I wonder if the manufacturers will now bring out another new chassis for the old tyre? So the same design as it was before the SL1’s ?
Many factors can cause gripping up, its the nature of the beast, but lots can be done to help it, driving style, psi, rims, psi, axles, etc etc
