Rednal nr Oswestry is even closer, probably only 20mins depending on which part of Shrewsbury you are. It doesn't run Motorsport UK licensed racing unlike the other tracks mentioned but can give track time. Presumably you aren't bringing the kart with you so you will need to decide what you will want to run. Your Raket 120 isn't run in this country.
