You should inquire towards other clubs but, my spin on the reason being is, most 177 drivers are doing it as a working mans hobby, quite simply the Rotax are far cheaper to run, and now they are more reliable........ you would almost dare to squeeze 40 hours + between rebuilds as the portly types (myself included.) do not have it in thier body to thrash the engine like a spritley young 15 year old.... get a Rotax mate.
