if you can drop a 0 score round where you were excluded then it is no longer a penalty.the punishment is negated by being able to drop the round.that doesnt sound correct to me...and why are the msa not willing to get involved??

if the punishment was harsh then thats unfortunate but two wrongs dont make a right
