Some go stiff, some go loose with their setup. I haven't really tried a stiff wet setup yet but I go with:

front width max (about 4 spacers) with extended front hubs.
rears fully in.
Side pod bars loose, front bumper bar loose.
no torsion bars.
I've only ever run standard ride height, altho raising height front and rear will increase grip - next thing for me to test I guess
Caster/camber to III/III
I've left seat stays on but I have read you should take em off, again making the kart more flexible

Can't thing of anything else.
