Break bead clean the seat to remove any oxidiseation and re inflate & re test, it helps if you lube the seat with tyre paste or Mr sheen works well and will not disturb the tyre sniffer if you are racing in the way WD40 does!
BTW. Do your rims have bead retainer bolts because these are notorious for leaking if the 'O' ring seals have started to perish.
