In most cases 250ml will do however it does depend on what chassis/brake system you are running.
Beware! check the specifications of fluid you should use as some will require Dot4 some Dot5 and some Dot5.1. Do not mix types and ensure you are using the correct type of fluid as dot4 in a system designed for dot5.1 is likely to cause seal problems. For example dot4 in a current OTK brake wil cause brake drag soaking up power and a gradually fading pedal soaking up confidence in your abilty to stop!
