If it's cheap you want...try eBay, I got a 6x4 trailer for Ł70. Much bigger and better than those packflat tin things (that's what I was thinking about myself in the first place). Proper welded steel frame and chassis, marine ply and decent Mini wheels.

All I needed to do was smarten it up with a lick of paint. To fit the kart inside I had to take off the pods and rear wheels, but to avoid the faffing about, I just put a couple of plywood strips 20mm thick x 300mm wide across the top with some triangular timber wedges (cut from fencing rail) to locate the wheels, and the kart fits on top just fine. Just remember to strap your kart down really well to the trailer!
