I'm just recalibrating my weather station to my Jet tech software and have a quick question.

My oregon scientific weather station allows me to enter my height above sea level, and so adjusts the air pressure reading accordingly.

Should I set my height above sea level on both the software calibration page and my weather station to the same value, and then enter the air pressure readings? If this is the case, should I then change the height above sea level on my weather station to the appropriate number depending on which track I go to?
