A bigger carb may not give you much, infact it could make it worse, certainly at lower revs.
most power gains will come from tuneing the port timing, head volume, and pipe set up.
But if you insist on carb changes, the Tillotson range is the cheapest option ( and often the best), but you could look at the Ibea carbs.
FYI, the high HP "open" 2 strokes in the USA often run DUAL tillotsons and methanol fuel.
