It'll will definitely be the minimum lap time setting. As mentioned, change this to a low number 5-8 seconds and it will be fine.

The start line setting is for the accuracy of the start point, depending on where the exit of the pitlane leads onto the first magnetic strip but it should still give the same lap time to within a tenth or so on any setting.
