You have all missed the cause of the problem! You will probably find that your master cylinder reservoirs are over filled. They should be no more than 2/3 full.
The binding brake problem on OTK brakes is almost always due to an over fill. As the fluid gets hot and expands the only place the fluid has to go is moving the pistons out instead of being allowed to expand into the reservoir.
