Graham, no one said anything about a bar test.

The official test for a max is that the clutch must engage below 3000 RPM. IE the kart starts to move forward.

The earlier post on this subject, stated that no new clutch would move a kart below 3000 rpm when cold.

Can you explain your comment 'Many drivers had to fit the organisers clutches for the finals' and why this was necessary.
