The title of the original posting said 'bar test'. The scrutineers do not use a bar test which implies the kart has to drive over a bar.

As is often the case, competitors were asked to replace their own parts with parts supplied by the organisers, this is in the regulations, and in today's case some clutches were replaced by those supplied by the organisers whilst the competitors clutches were sealed and examined.
