The decision will lie with the MSA Steward on the day. You must complete the relevent formavailable from the steward, pay the fee and be able to provide evidence via a previous results sheets or the confirmation of another competitor or club official that you have raced previously and you are indeed a valid holder albeit one who has mislaid their licence.
The MSA will issue a dupicate however there will be a fee.
