I would say it sounds like you have bent stub axles or a bent chassis. Or maybe, i don't know if this can cause this, you might have to much toe in/out in which the inside would be scrubbing very badly... I'd check your toe angles, see if there quite big, Hope this helps, someone will correct me if im wrong =D Thomas.........
