Mine does the same! when you come in you can't even spin the axle! i've replaced the seals in both master and caliper slightly better I've been told that its something to do with the self adjusting mech the way to get over this is to take off the resivour pots and replace them with bungs like the 5mm one you undo when bleeding. The only thing is you may need to make up some shims so when the pads do ware you put these in between caliper and pads. no i'm not sure if this works as me and my mate have the same problem and were going to be trying next time out. We both run an 08 evxx
