That they are indeed trying to sort it and will hopefully back date it to Kimbolton, in essence it is an easy scenario to fix, however, getting quick agreement via the MSA it is not !

After speaking with Debbie (sellers) I was very much under the impression that the organisers VERY MUCH want to listed to the customer and need our constructive support and advise, they dont always understand or see the bigger picture so if we can all help accordingly then I think all involved will benefit short, mid and long term.
