Had the same problem with 3 different heads (1 new) and sensors, on two different karts and at 3 different circuits, at the start of the year.

Tried everything, all the set-up changes, moved the sensors all around the trays, even lowered the tray at one stage. Nearly went back to Alfano.

Then the problems just went away, no fix, just stopped getting the problems.

My only theory was damp or cold weather and or winter storage associated.
