No I would not name and shame - just download the forms from the County Court website and for about £10 you will get it sorted very quickly.
Someone at my local County court even suggested sending the debtor a set of competed papers by registered post and write across the top that the papers will be sent to the court on xx date unless payment is made.
They even suggested writing in red ink on the envleope "county court papers enclosed" - the idea being that maybe the wife see it and creates merry hell.
It has been suggested that it is not legal to send a copy of the papers except via the county court but as i said it was the CC that suggested it.
