Best bet is visit your local track and talk to people there.
Rissington has a meeting on 1st/2nd August on you will find a mixture of all three engine types there. Could even be an Easykart or two on the Saturday.
If you prefer electric start then Honda or WTP can offer that but if you plan to enter the British championship for Cadets then Comer is the choice.
