The MSA and Zip are not the only people involved in this issue. If these nosecones are definately dangerous then why not make your feelings known to the parents who fit them to their kids karts.
maybe even give each one a printed notice that if their driver spins and causes an accident involving your driver because of their front ramp you will be suing them.
The MSA have to have proof before they can take action. We, as parents can act immediately.
Who is being the most irresponsible? MSA or parents?
