I would agree with that. The only point I would add is that it is worth buying fuel from a busy petrol station where they have a good turnover and also to use one of the filters that takes out any water plus a good filter to remove any dirt particles.

We did try a fuel that had a MSA sticker and cost about £3 litre but found it no better over a series of back to back test days. It may well give a slight advantage but we could not prove it.

Then you get a track like Rowrah where lap times last weekend changed during a session depending on if the sun was shining or behind a cloud.
