I think it means what is says, the wording in the amendment replaces these K regs except where referred back to. For instance the first paragraph is in place of K154, K155 isnt referred to at all so isnt relevant and so on

And the front fairing must conform to the regs in A.1.3.6.1 unless it has a waiver letter from the MSA like the Zip one (I don't know whether the MSW one complies, I think the only one with a waiver other than the Zip one was the one from NJR for the Octane)
