I believe it would be possible, though the drivers could not compete for the same results, both would be entered and scored entirely seperately, with different race numbers

In addition, it would mean one driver would have to sit out the final race (so would have no chance of winning a trophy), and 2 entries would have to be paid for

Hardly worth it for a race day - potentially you can share a kart on a test day, some clubs do deals such as 30 quid per driver/kart combo for a day with say 5-10 quid for each extra driver
