Moving the rear wheels in will give more grip and this is fairly quick and easy to adjust. Similarly the front spacers are quick and easy to adjust.
Altering the ride height may change your tracking and so you may need to adjust that as well - bit of a longer job. We have also found that this affects the way the kart turns in on the corners. Your driver may love or hate the change in handling so there will not be a `best' solution other than what works best with your kart/driver/tyre etc combination.
