You're thinking about 'The French' when acting in a pack, especially when they can collectively blame foreigners for something. The singular Frenchman is scared stiff too make any fuss about anything in case the State notices him and charges him more tax.
Karting is such a Partisan sport here that you would be lucky to find two people who agree on anything.
