you hacksaw different lengths of flex which insert in between exhaust and manifold.the combination of gearing and flex affect revs and (excuse my un technical explination)the power curve of the engine.
personally i ususally go from 2-5 teeth higher on gearing depending on the dampness of the track,only using the same gearing for the dry when either caught by surprise with the rain of going out on a nearly dry track
buzzinrussell-if you dont change the gearing for the wet(the most obvious thing to do for a wet setup)do you actually do anything to change setup and are you continuing to try and "refine" that setup....i suspect your too busy nattering and telling people how your going to kick their ar$e! :D
