Although not condoning vandalism, do the club give any information in their instructions to competitors as to what they should do in these circumstances? You may have travelled a long way, to an area you are unfamiliar with, to find the gates locked due to you being unavoidably held up, its dark, the family is stressed- exactly where are you supposed to go? Nothing to do with me, just trying to put an alternative point of view.
