You can't put the Ultima side pods and bars on a sidewinder as they are the diagnal style, not sure about the stub axles as they are slightly different. When we went over to the sidewinder from the ultima I just stripped all the parts off and kept them as spares. The brake caliper and master cylinder can be used, but not the steering column due to the sidewinder using the ackerman style of which the ultima didn't use.
