Make of chassis is very subjective. Ask most drivers and they will recommend the one that they currently drive. Best things is to talk to people in the paddock,
e.g. Neil Walker (Walker Racing) - he'll say Arrows.
Jim Thornsby (S8 Racing) - he'll say Alonso
Kartparts UK - they will say Gillard

Look at what seems to be the most popular. Ask people about setup / running costs. See if you can get a test drive. I.e. Try before you buy.
