Next-year yes, but from 2011 the youth helmets become obligatory. So the choice is, buy a cheaper helmet next year in the hope that the rip off profiteering prices will have dropped by 2011. Or be shafted now into chucking away perfectly good helmets and paying Ł300 plus for a new one.
