The new CMR are compulsory for bambinos from 01.01.10; for cadets from 01.01.11 but advisory from 01.01.10. From 01.01.13 they will also be compulsory for juniors under the age of 15.
That is for racing in UK only. For races in europe and elsewhere it will be for all under 15s from 01.01.10 if the race is under CIK regulations.
