IMO it's a complete waste of time and resources trying to encourage wanabee kids into karting.
Without the backing and deep pockets of parents or committed teachers and schools you are just setting them up for disappointment.

If the MSA has any money to spare they might be better using it to subsidise the ridiculous cost of the new youth helmets and so keep already committed people in the sport.
