Dan, check the PV moves in and out properly, if not, take it out and clean it. In fact, take it off and clean it anyway. Check the bellows are intact and seated properly and that they have a sealing spring on the top and the bottom of the bellows. Also check if the PV tensioner spring is the correct length and that the black cap is fitted properly. Check that the distance from the inside curve of the blade to the tip of the black adjuster is measured accurately as this can make a hell of a difference.
