MSA and Rotax only have 4 classes in their groups whereas TKM has the 4 TKM classes plus Honda cadets so with more heats/races tyhey will have to cut down on laps to fit it in.
You get 3 heats and two finals (a short one and a longer one) and the others get a TQ, 2 heats , 2 finals so not too much difference. maybe the TKM drivers did not ask for TQ but only the organisers can answer that one - they will be at Autosport.
